  6. A continuación añadimos las costillas y el pimiento y removemos para que coja todo el sabor. Añadimos agua en la paella hasta las asas. Añadir la pastilla de caldo, la sal al gusto y el colorante. Dejar hervir hasta que el agua rebaje a abajo de las asas.
  7. Probar de sal y echar el arroz bien distribuido. Estará listo cuando se evapore todo el caldo y el arroz este en su punto.
