  10. Mientras se cuece el arroz, batimos la docena de huevos, añadimos la ralladura de un limón (también se puede poner un poco de perejil picado, pero es a gustos) y un poco de sal.
  11. El arroz se termina de hacer en el horno, por lo que antes de que esté hecho (aunque no esté completamente seco) se añaden los huevos, y rápidamente se mete en el horno. Si el horno lo permite, lo mejor es ponerlo en modo ventilador (con la misma temperatura).
