  4. Hacemos la bechamel, poner la mantequilla en un cazo derretir y echar la cebolla pocharla y añadir la harina sofreír, añadir la leche poco a poco sin dejar de remover hasta que quede espesa. Reservar
  5. Cocemos la pasta, en una olla abundante agua llevar a ebullición y lanzar las placas al agua hirviendo una a una, cocer 8 minutos, parar la cocción con agua fría.
  6. En un trapo limpio ponemos las placas de pasta cocidas y echamos porciones del rustido de carne, enrollar.
  7. En una bandeja, para hornear, ponemos en la base una poca bechamel y colocamos en hileras los canelones, acabamos cubriendolos con el resto de bechamel.
  8. Espolvorear con 4 quesos rallados. Hornear a 180 grados, abajo con aire hasta que se doren, sino tenéis aire en el horno abajo y con grill
