  1. En 8L de agua añadimos algo de sal y dos pastillas de avecrem.
  2. Yo compré en carrefour una bandeja preparada para el caldo y ponia: para caldo Vegetal (la mejor)
  3. Llevaba col, zanahoria, puerro, etc etc etc.
  4. Añadimos también los huesos. En mi caso no sé de que son, (lo siento, jajaja) fui a la carnicería de mi pueblo y le dije: huesos salados para el caldo, y me puso 3, uno blanco, uno un poco tirando a amarillo y otro que parecía jamón!! Pues estupendos también!!
  5. Añadimos la pechuga y los ajos (pelados).
  6. Dejamos hervir, vamos echando un vistazo.
  7. Media hora antes de apartar del fuego añadimos la patata.
  8. Y finalmente... nos habrá quedado un caldo increíble 🤤
  9. Yo una vez terminé, aparte los ingredientes echados al caldo y la zanahoria, la col, la patata y el pollo, los trocee y lo añadí de nuevo al caldo.
  10. Estos son los huesos una vez acabe el caldo. Que antes os e comentado que no sabía qué tipo de huesos eran, a parte de salados y para el caldo.
  11. Una vez echo esto yo lo repartí en tupers y lo congelé!!
