- 1/2 diente Ajo

- Echamos el sofrito en una paellera y cuando este caliente se agrega el Pollo cortado en trozos dejando que se haga unos 5 minutos por cada lado
- Se echa el arroz, se remueve y se añade el caldo de Pollo
- Se agregan los guisantes y el pimiento rojo cortado en tiras
- Echar el colorante y esperar a que se haga el arroz, unos 20 minutos.
- Probar y cuando esta casi echo el arroz se añaden las aceitunas y el huevo cocido para decorarlo
- Una vez echo el arroz se espera 5 minutos para que repose. Buen provecho.
