  4. Otra forma de espesar sería añadiendo maicena, coloca un par de cucharadas en un cuarto de vaso de agua, remueve, cuando esté el puerro cocinado, tritura y coloca en la cacerola nuevamente, añade la maicena y cocina removiendo hasta que espese al gusto.
