- Picar o rallar finamente los dientes de ajo y lavar los brotes de soja, reservar.
- Poner los noodles en un recipiente y cubrirlos con agua muy caliente, dejar así por 12 minutos aproximadamente.
- En un pequeño sartén hacer una tortilla y cortar en trozos pequeños, los dejamos aparte para más adelante.
- En un wok o sartén grande calentar a fuego medio 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sofreír el ajo y la parte blanca del cebollín, agregar el pollo y cocinar por ambos lados.
- Cuando el pollo esté cocido bajamos un poco el fuego y agregamos 4 cucharadas grandes de salsa de soja, 3 cucharadas grandes de azúcar, 2 cucharadas grandes de salsa tamarindo y revolvemos muy bien durante un par de minutos. Notarán como el pollo toma el color de la salsa.
- Escurrimos el agua de los noodles (dejando una taza de agua aparte) y agregamos los noodles al wok, revolvemos todo muy bien hasta que los noodles tomen el color de la salsa. Agregar media taza de agua caliente para evitar que los noodles se peguen. Si es necesario agregar media taza más de agua, no importa que quede un poco al fondo ya que los noodles seguirán absorbiendo agua y así evitamos que queden secos.
- Finalmente agregamos la tortilla picado, la parte verde del cebollín, los brotes de soja al wok y revolvemos todo bien durante un par de minutos más.
- Apagamos el fuego, servimos la preparación en cada plato y decoramos con un poco de cacahuete picado, un toque de cebollín y una pizca de chile en polvo. Antes de empezar, exprimir la lima o limón sobre el plato, y listo para disfrutar.
