- Se añade el vino y se sube el fuego unos tres minutos mientras se remueve todo. Luego volvemos a bajar el fuego.
- Se añade el queso rallado y se remueve todo hasta que quede todo compacto.
- Se apaga el fuego y se deja que repose todo, mientras se estira la masa y se agujerea con el tenedor.
- Se pone el relleno en la masa extendiendolo bien y se pone la otra masa por encima.
- Se cierran los bordes y se hacen agujeros y..al horno!(yo la deje 30 minutos pero depende de lo que ponga en el paquete de la masa).
