  6. Fregamos la sartén y volvemos a cubrir el culo con aceite. Le incorporamos 4 cucharadas de harina y la cocinamos. Una vez que la harina esté tostada añadimos el vino blanco y sin dejar de remover dejamos que se evapore el alcohol. Incorporamos el caldo que hemos reservado de hervir la pechuga de pollo, dejamos unos minutos al fuego sin dejar de remover (si vemos que se nos quedan muchos grumos yo lo pasé la batidora)
  7. Lo volvemos a incorporar a la sartén. Salpimentamos, añadimos las albóndigas, cocinamos por 10 minutos, lo acompañé con unas patatas fritas
