  4. Mientras en otra sartén, sofreímos ligeramente el pollo con sal y pimienta y cuando veamos que cambia completamente de color, retíralos y añadimos a la sartén con el sofrito y añadiremos también el brócoli cortado en trocitos
  5. Lavamos y escurrimos muy bien la quinoa y la incorporamos también a la sartén con el pollo y el sofrito.
  6. Añadiremos 500 ml de agua (también podría ser caldo de verdura) y dejamos cocer todo junto durante unos 15 minutos, a fuego bajo, con la sartén tapada y removiendo de vez en cuando.
  7. Y listo. La dejamos reposar 5 minutitos y a comer. Rápido, sano, ligero y muy socorrido para días con poco tiempo 😘
