- 150 gr. Pechuga de pollo
- 100 gr. Lomo de cerdo
- 1 Litro Caldo de pollo o de verduras

- 1/2 Cebolla mediana
- 1/4 Pimiento rojo Morrón
- 5 Tomates cherry
- 2 Hojas de laurel
- 2 Cucharadas Salsa de tomate frito
- c/s Cúrcuma en polvo
- c/s Pimentón dulce
- c/s AOVE
- c/s Sal

- Precalentar el Horno a 200ºC
- En una sartén o paella echar un buen chorro de aove y calentar
- Pelar y trocear toda la verdura y las carnes
- Empezar sofriendo las verduras por orden de dureza : cebolla, ajo, pimientos, añadiendo un poco de sal al principio para ayudar al sofrito
- Adicionar el arroz y sofreír a fuego medio durante un par de minutos.
- Añadir el caldo caliente a tu recipiente adecuado para hornear y llevar a ebullición, corregir el punto de sazón.
- (en mi caso yo transvasé el sofrito a un recipiente de pyrex, para terminar después en el horno)
- Añadir el laurel, las hierbas y los garbanzos ya cocinados
- Hervir a fuego fuerte hasta que hierva bien, colocar por encima los tomateros partidos por la mitad e introducir en el horno.
- Tiempo total de Cocción 20 minutos (sin reposo)
- Servir inmediatamente
