- Empezamos buscando todos los ingredientes y los utensilios necesarios. Cortamos todas las verduras y las añadimos en una sartén con unas 3 cucharadas de aceite caliente en el siguiente orden: ajos, cebolla (dejarla hasta que blanqueen removiendo para que no se quemen), zanahoria, pimiento rojo y calabacín. Salpimentar, agregar el tomate frito y un poco de orégano. Dejar pochar las verduras a fuego medio unos 10 minutos (yo lo hago a ojo).
- Sacar toda la verdura de la sartén (que no tendrá el color de la foto anterior porque aquí estaban crudas). Tienen que quedaros casi deshechas (me faltó la foto... ¡¡Cosas de novata!!). Pasar la verdura a un recipiente y triturar con la turmix.
- Cortar la pechuga en dados y las salchichas de la misma medida. En la misma sartén poner 2 cucharadas de aceite y cuando esté caliente agregar la pechuga y las salchichas previamente salpimentadas. Dejar dorar. Subir el fuego y agregar el vino blanco hasta que se evapore.
- Pasar la carne a una olla de 3'5 litros o la que tengas que no sea muy alta pero ancha. Agregar el triturado de verduras. Dejar unos minutos que se mezclen los sabores y seguidamente introducir todo el arroz.
- Por cada vaso de arroz (que es para 2 personas un poco más) tendrás que agregar 2 vasos de caldo y la hoja de laurel. Dejar 18-20 minutos según marque el arroz que utilices, a fuego medio. Yo he utilizado arroz redondo marca Brillante. Importante, si crees necesario agregar más caldo, siempre deberá ser caliente para no romper la cocción del arroz. Ir probando y rectificar de sal. Comer de inmediato porque sino os quedaréis sin caldo. Os tendría que quedar cremoso. ¡¡¡¡Deseo que os guste!!!!
