  5. A continuación se le echa el vino blanco y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol y echamos la sal.
  6. Y por último cuando ya no haya alcohol echamos el caldo de pollo y dejamos otros 10 minutos de cocción y probamos de sal. Y listo.
