Y después echar el agua y añadirle una hoja de laurel y sal. Coceremos según nos indique el fabricante, con la tapa puesta. Bajamos el fuego y dejamos hasta que quede suelto y al punto. Sacar del cazo.
- Poner en un plato un poco de arroz y encima un poco de pollo con la salsa que ya ha espesado. Que aprovechen.
