- Cuando estén todos los ingredientes en su punto, añadiremos la nata líquida y removeremos para ligar bien. No subáis mucho el fuego para que no quede muy densa la nata. Mientras tanto comprobaremos si las papas están ya guisadas y sacaremos del agua. Tendremos dos minutos más el pollo en el fuego y emplatamos. Buen provecho.
