  2. 2 contramuslos

  1. En primer lugar partiremos la pechuga en dos trozos.
  2. A continuación salpimentaremos todos los trozos, le añadiremos también ajo y perejil seco y por último tomillo. Añadiremos unas gotitas de aceite por encima y untaremos bien el pollo y la butifarra con todas las especias que hemos puesto. Dejaremos reposar, aprox. si es posible una hora
  3. Pasado ese rato, pasaremos cada pieza de carne por harina sacudiendo la sobrante. Pondremos a freír en una olla donde hemos cubierto de aceite su fondo.
  4. Freíremos toda la carne. Una vez dorado por todos sus lados reservaremos.
  5. En ese mismo aceite freíremos la cebolla y el ajo que previamente hemos cortado a bronoise. Añadiremos también la pimienta de cayena.
  6. Añadiremos un chorrito de vino blanco. En este caso si tenéis tinto le iría mejor. Aunque yo casi siempre utilizo el blanco. Dejaremos que blanquee la cebolla, pasado ese tiempo pondremos la zanahoria, también cortada en bronoise para que se haga más rápido.
  7. Cuando ya esté hecha, añadiremos las tres cucharadas de tomate frito, dejaremos hacer por un par de minutos que se integre todos los sabores
  8. A continuación añadiremos el vaso de caldo. Si tenéis caldo casero mejor. Y pasaremos a triturar todo.
  9. Una vez triturado añadiremos el chocolate y una vez que se deshaga añadiremos el pollo y dejaremos hacer a fuego muy lento, hasta que el pollo esté tierno.
  10. Si quedará muy espeso, se puede incorporar más caldo. Rectificaremos de sal y pimienta al gusto.
  11. Una vez tierno el pollo sólo queda que servir y comer.
  12. Yo para acompañamiento he frito unas patatas a dados y las he incorporado al pollo
